RHQ Southwest US Tour!
As February draws to a close, so does the Registration Headquarters (RHQ) February Southwest US tour! The month began with RHQ providing custom event registration services and integrated group housing to the Annual AEG EXPO in the JW Marriott at LA LIVE. Less than a week later we fulfilled onsite registration services for the very dynamic and exciting Zumba Instructor Conference, being held for the first time at the LA Convention Center.

Zumba Fitness Retains RHQ
Zumba Fitness L.L.C. have retained Registration Headquarters (RHQ) to provide registration services for their new West Coast Zumba Instructor Conference, being held in Los Angeles, February 15-17, 2013. Registration Headquarters Self-Badging Systems
During the past week I have spoken with two event planners about utilizing self-badging technology; both were hesitant and since cost was not a factor I was left somewhat confused. Was their hesitancy simply a result of a dislike or distrust of change? Maybe.
However, the majority of our clients have used self-badging at their onsite registration counters for many years now. Why? Because it's simple and is the most effective way to get your attendees through the lines as quickly as possible. In fact, at many events, our systems are so fast that lines are negligible after the opening rush.
RHQ and NCAIED sign three year deal
Registration Headquarters (RHQ) and the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED) have signed contracts for RHQ to provide event registration services to NCAIED's Reservation Economic Summit events in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
For the past two years RHQ has provided onsite registration services to RES Las Vegas, integrating RES's pre-registration data (collected through a vendor who does not provide an onsite registration solution), into an RHO-designed custom event database.
