Founded in 1986, Administrative Headquarters began as a data management company. We specialized in incentive programs—managing the data entry, analysis and reporting of product sales and incentive bonus reward systems for Fortune 500 level companies. Administrative Headquarters, Inc. (AHI) incorporated in 1992.

We entered the conference registration services arena in 1990 at the request of clients. Soon after, Registration Headquarters (RHQ) was formed as an operating division of AHI. Since then, we have serviced hundreds of tradeshows and conferences ranging in size from 500 up to 70,000 participants.

RHQ began a new era in September 2005 with the acquisition of our housing services division. We are now able to offer full service to our clients and their attendees, who can easily and quickly make hotel reservations at the same time as their event registration.

Our Mission

RHQ is a full service, professional registration and housing vendor. We perform pre-show, on-site and post-show functions. Most notably, our services are customized to fit the client and the event. We don’t believe in applying a packaged approach. On the contrary, we partner with clients to build and refine programs and procedures to meet the needs of each event.

Our goal is to provide nothing less than great service. We strive to become partners with our clients, treating them with the care and respect they deserve.

Company Principals

Greg Haake is the company’s President and CEO. A graduate of UCLA, Greg has been with AHI since 1988. His systems design and programming prowess provides the foundation upon which AHI’s business model is built. Greg enjoys his family and is an accomplished musician after hours.

Frank Ota is the V.P. and General Manager. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the Amos Tuck Graduate School of Business Administration, Frank has been in the software services business for most of his career. Frank’s management experience keeps the company focused on providing clients with valuable services. Frank’s personal passions are his wife, family and golf.

Deanna Henrichs is the V.P. of Operations. Deanna has spent over 25 years in and around tradeshows, from general contracting to show management to registration services. Deanna spends a lot of time on showsite—and loves it!—but she still cherishes her family in Minnesota.

Gail Knowles is the General Manager of Housing Services. Gail has worked in various aspects of the travel industry for over twenty-five years. She brings her expertise to RHQ's Housing Division, insuring excellent services to clients and attendees alike. Gail manages our housing sales office in Las Vegas, the worldwide hub of the convention industry.

Fred Young is the founder of the company. Though he divested most of the ownership, he remains an active director and is a minority shareholder. Fred concentrates on his semi-retired life at his wonderful home in Fallbrook, CA.
