		Badge Production and Mailings. For events with more than 2,000 attendees, RHQ recommends mailing show credentials to delegates in advance. This greatly reduces the waiting lines at show site. The most common complaint about any registration process is the amount of time spent waiting in lines to get into a show. Please see our on-site services section to learn how we’ve dramatically reduced on-site waiting times. RHQ can stuff and mail envelopes with confirmations or badges and other show material to delegates who register during the pre-registration phase of the project. This reduces the number of “am I registered?” inquiries and shows the delegates that your event is organized and well-run. We also produce tickets of all types for sessions and social events.
