		The RHQ Project Specialist. Your Project Specialist (PS) is the operational quarterback of your ongoing team of RHQ resources. This team starts with programmers and leads to customer care personnel and, ultimately, to the on-site staff. But to keep the communication channels simple and effective, your point of daily contact is the PS. The primary tool used to keep your project on track is the RHQ Registration Timeline. This is a chronological depiction of key action items along with who is responsible for tasks leading up to critical decision points.
