Complimentary Rooms and Upgrades As a result of over 45 years experience in dealing with major hotels, we have been successful in securing a very favorable ratio on a cumulative consideration basis for complimentary rooms and VIP upgrades. Rooms Management After Cut-Off Most housing bureaus turn over control of all reservations to the hotel at the cut-off date. Not RHQ! We continue to manage all changes and cancellations in order to re-use inventory for late signups. In addition, this provides complete accountability for show management pickup history, rather than leaving participants to call the hotel directly after the cut-off and be left out of the room block. Room Assistance 24/7 RHQ is on call through our 24-hour answering service to assist participants with any check-in or checkout problems, and with any emergencies or last-minute changes that may require modification of their hotel reservation.
