They will carefully analyze anticipated traffic flow and recommend the number of desks required and staffing needs. Like you, we prefer to see temp staff fully utilized on-site!

• Dedicated custom software for on-site use, with emphasis on speed and ease of use by temporary personnel
• Setup includes backup servers; service continues even if facility loses internet access
• High-speed badge printers are used with continuous badge stock; each attendee receives individual number of pieces according to their session/special event needs
• All financial transactions are tracked by workstation allowing us to balance each drawer at the end of the day
• Session and CEU tracking available via paper tickets, scanned barcode, or RFID
