Event Registration Badging
Flexibility, speed, and economy in badges and tickets
Each attendee will receive a confirmation email immediately following the completion of the registration process. Badges, schedules, session, special event tickets and other inserts can be mailed on a pre-determined date and/or picked up onsite.
We also provide self-badging options which can significantly decrease your mailing and temp personnel costs. The confirmation email will include a bar code which the recipient takes to a self-badging station. After scanning the bar code the badge, schedule, and tickets are printed. Fast, simple, effective!
If you require tracking of attendees at sessions and functions, each badge can be scanned at the door so you know exactly who went where. This data can also be used for CEU tracking requirements and integrated into your post show reports and membership database. RFID technology can also be utilized by both show management and exhibitors.
