		Set the plan, work the plan. A successful registration process requires planning and preparation. The registration form should be the result of careful analysis of the options you want to give your delegates—like price breaks for early registration, membership discounts, etc. RHQ wants to participate in the development of the registration form since so many challenges can be avoided by being sure the form allows your delegates to choose the right options and get the most value from attending your event. After your AE’s and IT Manager’s consultations have defined the overall parameters of your project, an RHQ Project Specialist takes the lead in the preparation process. The PS is your day-to-day, central contact at RHQ. One or more RHQ programmers are assigned to your project to build the custom system to make the process work. After the project is defined by the AE, IT Manager and the PS, the programmers understand the functional requirements of the project. Read more: Project Specialist, Programming
