RHQ has the equipment and staff to handle high volumes of registration forms submitted via the mail and facsimile machines. The truth is that some delegates remain uncomfortable with using the Web and you need to continue to give them these options. The data received via mail and fax is entered on the web by RHQ’s trained customer care staff. RHQ’s customer care staff also handle payments by check and purchase orders. All funds from registration are deposited directly into your bank account. We do not "hold" your funds for later transfer—it's your money, and you should have immediate access.
