In 2004, RHQ expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of the housing division of USA Hosts, enabling us to provide housing services to show producers nationwide, with a particular focus on Las Vegas, home of RHQ’s corporate office.

At the request of its clients, AHI transferred its expertise in developing custom software solutions to enter the registration sector. In the past twenty years RHQ has developed a niche as a customized registration provider to clients who require more than standard format registration services. It has served hundreds of conventions and conferences, ranging from 500 attendees to over 70000, including city-wide events utilizing multiple registration areas in multiple venues.

RHQ was the industry pioneer in adapting bar code technology specifically serving the registration needs of event producers. We were the first registration solution provider to recognize PDF 2D bar codes as a simpler, more cost effective, and more efficient method by which show producers could register visitors, track them and utilize for access control. And, 2D bar codes provide more effective lead retrieval opportunities for exhibitors. Most other registration providers followed RHQs lead in this direction with 2D bar codes now making mag swipe cards a technology that is coming to the end of its product life-cycle in the event registration arena.

In 2004, RHQ expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of the housing division of USA Host, enabling us to provide housing services to event producers nationwide.
